Vertu Toyota Doncaster were fantastic because all the staff were very welcoming. Our Sales Person Ai-sha was an absolute star. Answered all questions and was able to reassure me with any doubts I had. Everything was explained in detail. Couldn't have asked for a better sales person.
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Toyota Doncaster because everyone at Doncaster were so helpful and friendly from the moment we walked into showroom to leaving with the car. Damien the manager came out to explain about the rav 4 models they had available and was extremely helpful. We were then passed onto Dan for a test drive which was a great experience and ever so helpful . We signed up for our chosen Rav straight away. The car is great by the way. We have always received great service from Doncaster Toyota.
I would not recommend Vertu Toyota Doncaster because I have had the chr for about a month. In the last week it has failed to start twice. On the first occasion I charged the 12v battery up to full. On Sunday i gave it a run for an hour. Yesterday it failed to start once again and called the AA out who got it going last night at 21.00hrs by changing the 12v battery. I have lost complete confidence in the car. This is amplified by the fact that my wife is very ill with heart failure and I need access to a car in case of an emergency. A similar episode occurred on our previous car a toyota yaris. I hope to get satisfaction today by talking to Vertu Doncaster Quest Park but I am not optimistic!!! As yet i haven't published my comments to a wider audience.
