Awful customer service. Called to enquire about a BMW 7 series which I was prepared to offer cash for a 17.5k car however, the car had many question marks around it and when asked the dealership, they were reluctant to answer. I have offered myself to come and check the car but it’s a 1.5hrs drive and so, asked if open on sensible offers. The dealer asked straight up 3 times in a row how much, to which I replied based on what I can see and questions still pending, 16k cash to which they hanged up the phone, awful!

Bought a prestine transit tourneo from here and the chap truely went above and beyond for me, van was as described and after getting home there was an issue with the battery. After informing EVM they got me a replacement to a car parts store near me the next day! Would recommend 100%
