Purchased a car from here last month. With the purchase comes an MOT but when checking with out local garage at home the brake disks were 80% worn. The car itself is fine at the moment but that was an unnecessary cost.

Purchased a car 23rd October, no advisories on a new mot, have since spent over 3k on multiple repairs from Dec, Jan, Feb and April . Personally thought car would have been reliable as they're an AA sponsored garage. Have never had a car purchase gone this badly before. Dealer replies to say sometimes this happens with second hand cars. Outside of their 3 month warranty they don't feel obligated to help and are not registered with the motor ombudsman. Personally I may have to take a financial hit but would not be returning to buy another car from them in the future. Obviously would not recommend either based on the outcome of this purchase. Car was an audi A1.

I was looking for a car and he was very accommodating and helpful I really wanted to take it but I was undecided there was no pressure Car well presented Only niggle no fuel for test drive !! But very welcoming and helpful would recommend and will be back Sally April re fiat pop and mini coupe

Wayne was so helpful when we were looking for a car, very personable and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. We went for a snack at the nearby carvery while the garage finished off servicing and washing the car for us to drive away. All in all we were very pleased with the garage and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wayne and his team.

My first time using Coopers Car sales. All I cam say is absolutely brilliant. The attention to detail for the car I've purchased from them was definately going the extra mile. I have dealt with both Lewys and Luke and I can't praise them enough. Extremely ameniable polite and not pushy. The car I purchased was a Renault Captur. Its in show room condition. It was pointed out before I went to see it that there was a small scuff mark on the front bumper, which was rectified. The original MOT was till September but they have done a brand new one for me, and the car serviced as well. They also replaced tyres in a pre mot test, and agreed to replace the cam belt too. I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Coopers Car Sales for anyone looking to buy a new car. They definately have my thumbs up.!

Hello Go careful with this garage, they have a strong feeling that they are the only people to know anything and could not be ever wrong. Personally I know from experience that however good you are, now and again there will be an issue which has to be resolved which costs you as a business money. Unfortunate for me as I ended up with two vehicles in my drive which did not run correctly. Best wishes, only buy if your local to the dealer so you can take it back and demand a refund.
