The experience at Vertu Ford Stoke was fantastic because well, I took my old car for a service, looked at another car whilst I was there that didnt quite fit me - another was sourced and brought to Stoke. I cannot fault the patience the guys had with me and service was above and beyond experiences at other car sales garages. I can't recommend Vertu Stoke enough. 5*****
Vertu Ford Stoke were fantastic because good staff very friendly and accommodating. Take the time to chat and show you around the cars. Never felt rushed or pressured. Callum Large who dealt with me was very friendly and welcoming. Good choice of cars on site. All round a good experience and would highly recommend.
My first experience from the company would mean I would not recommend to anybody. The team helped me during all of the issues for the first car which went on for over 18months. The team assisted me in getting a good deal on the second car. But ultimately the first few months of the first car experience outweighed the positives. Vertu Ford Stoke were fantastic because the salesperson - John was absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming, immediately told me he would be taking care of me from this moment on. He was well mannered, asked about me and my interests and felt like he was really interested in knowing his customers. He explained everything perfectly and in detail and made the overall experience 5 stars in my opinion, I could not have asked to deal with a better salesperson. His knowledge of the car was incredible and he could answer every question I had.
I was happy with the service at Vertu Ford Stoke because.... Jack Bannister arranged to keep the car for me while I was on holiday. They do not usually do this. He didn't have to but he did and I'm very grateful for that. Jack made me aware of everything I needed to do prior to pick up, including navigating around a couple of problems my end. Everything went very smoothly.
