I was happy with the service at Vertu Honda Derby because from calling the dealership to picking up the car the dealership has been very professional. Although the car was 40 miles away this didn't put me off as I was dealing with a Honda Dealership. I have owned two Honda's in the past and found them to be very relaible so getting another Honda again was a no brainer. There was a issue with the battery when I went to pick it up and it was sorted out in no time and was well on my wasy home with a new battery.
Will was very helpful and knowledgeable, guided us through the differences between two vehicles were looking at, took us for a test drive etc. He couldn't have been more helpful. He was cheerful, engaging and not at all pushy. We have been using this branch for many years and have purchased several cars from them. None disappointed.
