Brought a 2013 hyundai i30 1.4 crdi. Tammy was amazing throughout. Had a few teething problems with the car but they were sorted by them with no hesitation and even then said "any more issues just bring it back to us" so very happy as a customer and the service given. Tammy is lovely, professional and friendly and a real joy to speak to.

update on car found out that a o2 sensor has been cut on car so now wife is having to pay for new o2 x2 sensor and egr kit could also be a new cat since buying the car all in all had to spend over 2,500 to get car right but still in garage wouldn't use u guys again

I bought a car the end of October last year, returned twice as the EML was illuminated, the 3rd time I diagnosed the issue myself and informed them what the issue was, the service was fantastic, the guys were very polite and convincing, return If you have any issues, we will help you. Had it serviced and was told basically the car needed so much work considering it had only done less then 100 miles since the last MOT, I had all that repaired and paid for myself, So a month later just as warranty expired, I had no coolant in car. Called them to be told I would have to pay to have it repaired as I've had it a month, I topped it up and again it was empty after a few weeks, called a mobile mechanic out just to check and was advised I had steam coming from back of the engine, took it to a garage who advised me it had a split pipe and waterpump needing changing and my radiator wasn't working as it was to blocked. Had this done out my own pocket again. Knowing the car still needed more work as I was having trouble getting my gears into certain gears and they were crunching, (which I mentioned when buying the car and they added gearbox oil. So my next job was the clutch and flywheel needed replacement. Had these done at more cost and there was a massive difference in changing gears. Then I noticed my acceleration wasn't still powering as it should so I've taken it to a local garage to diagnose the issue and I have been told that my egr wasn't working at all, my cat is possibly blocked, I have a leaking turbo, my 02 sensors have been disconnected so my engine can't read them aswell as the wires for them have been cut. And possibly my DPF is also having issues. So basically I could have gone to a scrap yard and spent less on rebuilding a banger than I have so far on repairing this car, but this isn't the end of it because in less than 8 months of owning this vehicle, it's spent more times in the garage than anything so I've got all the photos and receipts of everything and I am taking this company to court.

I was after a car for my sons 18th birthday, as he was learning to drive. We found the perfect kia rio at m&y cars, the staff were all very helpful and friendly, we forgot the mot certificate for it and Tammy even sent it to us by post. Great customer service and my son passed his driving test 10 days after his birthday which was awesome 👌

Great dealership, they are really lovely and honest. Although there were a few delays in being able to pick up the car, due to not having the log book back, they couldn’t do more for us. Tammy was amazing, talked through everything, which I needed as I traveled 4 hours as coming from the south to collect my car. Would highly recommend these guys, they made it possible to have my dream family car at a price that I could afford. Thanks guys!!

I purchased a 09 plate Insignia from these guys at the end of Feb, when I arrived I still had my old vehicle and wanted to trade this in, this was no problem for them they took the money off my new car and I drove away happy with MOT on the vehicle, I since had a slight leak on my power steering I took the car up to them and it was looked at and fixed with no problem, Tammy goes above and beyond to help you when there and is ever so friendly, the other guys are amazing too I recommend this place and will be returning myself Thankyou
