I reported this issue immediately, but up to now, I have not been given a booking or clear update on when the car will be inspected and repaired. As a customer who trusted Carbase with such an important purchase, I expected better after-sales service and quicker action, especially since the issue appeared so soon after buying the vehicle. It is disappointing to be left waiting without a proper resolution, and I hope this matter is taken seriously. I would appreciate urgent action to get this car booked into a garage for inspection and repair, as I believe this should be handled promptly under your customer care and warranty responsibilities.
