I was happy with the service at Mercedes Benz of Ascot because the customer service was outstanding. Too many places try to upsell and do long sales pitches but the team here knew exactly what I wanted. The communication and consistent updates were really refreshing and I’d bought the new car I was after in a matter of days.
The experience at Mercedes Benz of Ascot was great because Conor Flashman was very professional and made the experience very easy. We enjoyed the experience from start to finish and picking up our car was really easy and we loved that we could bring our dog and she was given lots of fuss! Thank you, I love my car and would definitely return :-)
I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Ascot because although the initial service was nice that later follow on was not helpful. I had to chase up so many times to get simple answers and there are some that I have still not got a reply for and it has been more than a week now and there is no reply from the sales associate.
