I bought a beautiful RR Sport and requested a sizeable discount as I was exporting the car and did not have need for the warranty of which was accepted by both parties as sold as seen However after buying the vehicle and prior to exporting I noticed some defects which needed repairs, I informed Jay of this purely for his information accepting their was with no legal obligation on their part, and to my surprise he offered to refundme \xa31,000 for my inconvenience. Two years ago, I bought a 2015 Ford Grand C-Max as a family car. From the very beginning, the car had issues — we had to return it for repairs within the first week. After a year, the gearbox failed, and now, in the second year, the DPF has completely broken down. I took it to a specialist, who told me it couldn’t be repaired and that it had somebody cut it... He said it was a “miracle” it lasted this long. The car broke down on the motorway with me and with my 3 children… because of the faulty DPF !! — which, as it turns out, was already partially blocked when I bought the car. im not happy . I feel cheated.\xa38000 + gearbox and dpf and the car is Still not in working condition.

My partner spent \xa39k on a red Audi A3 convertible, and she loves it to bits, we needed a new battery and a sensor fitting under their sales warranty and Value Car Centre did the work with a smile, and without batting an eyelid, it was all done perfectly and quickly. Bought what I thought was a dream car Unfortunately everything was done on the cheap and has been a nightmare. Promised Powder coated wheels, but the sprayed them, leaving loads of drips, had to get them redone. Turbo went, they fitted a second hand one, that went again. Wasn't fitted properly, causing water pipe to come off, had to get AA to pick it up. The worst bit, took it to dealership for a recall and had a free once over. They found the subframe so rusty and holes, they wouldn't let me drive it as it was unsafe to do so. Been back 8 times, still they didn't fix the car to make it road worthy. Had to payout \xa32k to make the car safe for the road. Was informed in writing that they would give me a goodwill gesture of \xa31k. Unfortunately nothing has been received to date, the owner wants a VAT receipt for the work I had done, so he can claim the VAT back. Makes you laugh, even gave him the work sheet that I signed to authorise the work to be done. Complete joke. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
