I had a great experience at Carbase Lympsham because even though I had a problem with the first vehicle I bought, it all got resolved well and I am now in a different vehicle. Ray the salesman was really top class, however a certain manager doesn't really fit in to the carbase ethos, and hopefully is being "supported" into being a better manager.
Lot of upsell of extras that took a long time (no negative comment on Will, he was lovely and just following the script). Even trying to sell finance when We had the funds. Also, the if I had know the owners club was mandatory I wouldn’t have purchased the car as that felt a little under handed have £300 added to the price.
My experience at Carbase Lympsham was memorable because Matt was really great at communicating throughout the entire process and so far I have had great after care. The car was not in their possession long and there was an issue with the indicator bulb. Matt offered to have the invoice covered when I got home to get it fixed
