Buying a used car can be something of a lottery. My wife and I did our research and decided on a particular make and model. We saw what we wanted and DG Auto's. We were happy to pay the screen price because we wanted a fair bit done as part of the sale. I have to say that Dave bent over backwards to try and give us the car we wanted. Unfortunately two days after returning home, having had all the work completed, a random noise started somewhere on the auxiliary drive belt. On reporting to Dave he immediately arranged collection of the car to investigate. He traced the issue to a failed part within the A/c compressor. We agreed a plan of action and the car was soon available, complete with regas a week later. I got to see the failed part for myself. He didn't hide anything. Dave even offered to pick me up from Cranbrook train station as I had travelled from Plymouth. We couldn't recommend DG Auto's enough. Many thanks. Paul & Anna.

I bought a car remotely from Dave. When I phoned him he gave great detail on the car and even pointed out a couple of very minor marks that he videoed for me. Gave me confidence to leave a deposit and travel down by train from London to pick it up. Dave picked me up from the station. The car was perfect, as described with everything ready for my drive home, all fluid levels spot on and tyres the correct pressures. Very easy purchase and I’d highly recommend.
