I'd definitely recommend CarSupermarket.com Birmingham to friends and family because of one person In particular Jon he was very helpful after everyone kept piling me off cuz I was dealing with someone els but after ended of waiting Jon was able to help me out and was dealing with him from there on he was very helpful towards me on the phone when working the car out and after we arranged a date to go and crew the car, he was even more helpful and polite and understanding, even when I asked him to repeat himself becuase somethings I didn’t understand he took his time to make sure I understood :) all in all Jon is your man he’s a great salesman friendly and when I’ll be financing in the near future perhaps I’ll be thinking of you guys and hopefully Jon will still be there
I was very satisfied with Abul throughout the whole process. From start to finish, however I was very very dissapointed with certain aspects of my car. The tyre pressure light came on with 15 mins of me driving away, I had to go to the garage the next day only to find out I have a slow puncture and had to change me tyre which has cost me nearly £100 . I then find out the other front tyre is close to the legal limit when I mentioned this to Abul when I collected the car he said this is impossible because your prep standards are at least 4 mil. I sent pictures of certain bits of defects and the poor valet to Abul. He told me that nothing cannot be done with this after he spoke to his manager as it is a used car and these things happen. I can’t believe that I have spend a £100 on the car from my own pocket within 24hrs of owning it and the fact that I was told I won’t be reimbursed. The valet was horrendous. I will be taking this further.
