The experience at Vertu Ford Stoke was fantastic because well, I took my old car for a service, looked at another car whilst I was there that didnt quite fit me - another was sourced and brought to Stoke. I cannot fault the patience the guys had with me and service was above and beyond experiences at other car sales garages. I can't recommend Vertu Stoke enough. 5*****
Vertu Ford Stoke were fantastic because good staff very friendly and accommodating. Take the time to chat and show you around the cars. Never felt rushed or pressured. Callum Large who dealt with me was very friendly and welcoming. Good choice of cars on site. All round a good experience and would highly recommend.
My first experience from the company would mean I would not recommend to anybody. The team helped me during all of the issues for the first car which went on for over 18months. The team assisted me in getting a good deal on the second car. But ultimately the first few months of the first car experience outweighed the positives.
