The experience at Vertu Darlington was variable. The prime salesman was new to the job but was professional in his approach and sales. The package, financially wasn’t what I agreed initially which caused some confusion. However it was the after sales that gave cause for concern. In front of the Manager we agreed a hire car would be at my disposal as long as I brought the car in for service. I was to be emailed those conditions. I’m still waiting.
