I'd suggest CarSupermarket.com Preston to a friend because, great range of cars, sales team member Noah was very helpful and knowledgable on all aspects. We wanted a family car, probably EV. Noah ran through some option in our price range and we decided on a Mercedes EV, Noah made the whole experience of buying our first EV easy, explaining the charging, finance and after care.
I would highly recommended carsupermarket Preston to friends and family because of their options staff and smooth transition. We arrived with a few cars in mind a budget and also wanting to part exchange our old car. Noah was amazing we didn’t once feel like anything was being pushed on us and he went above and beyond to get us the perfect vehicle within our budget. The whole experience was smooth and very pleasant which I never experienced when I bought my first ever car. The vehicle is perfect and Noah has kept intouch to make sure we are happy and to inform us of any next steps. The whole process from start to finish was amazing.

The entire process of finding and purchasing the vehicle online was incredibly easy and straightforward. I was also very impressed with the delivery service; having the car moved for only £25 was a fantastic value, far cheaper than if I had made the trip myself. My only significant issue, and the reason for four stars instead of five, was the difficulty I had in getting in touch with the company after the purchase was complete. When I needed a simple update on my order, I found that the "order update" line consistently rang out with no answer. However, when I tried the "new sale" option, my call was answered immediately every time. This was a frustrating experience, as it felt like once the sale was made, my business was no longer a priority.

He personally intervened to ensure that both the vehicle and deal was perfect on collection day, going above what is expected. This was comfortably the smoothest car purchase I have made and that was most certainly due to Niall's diligence and care.
I was happy with the service at CarSupermarket.com Preston because the service we received was excellent, they reserved the car a little longer than we were anticipating without the pressure of rushing us. We were also not pressured into buying the add ons either, we had time to think about our options too. When we picked up the car, it was clean and good to go.
