Buying a second hand car I found to be very challenging until I met Lisa at Dereham Motors. She has great knowledge, highly professional, provided speedy responses and made the whole process very calm. I collected my car on Saturday and I am totally in LOVE with it - following the AA inspection - the workshop guys (also very friendly) and mechanics resolved all potential issues. A 2012 car looks almost brand new. I highly highly recommend and will be telling all my friends.

From the first phone call enquiring about the car to us buying it and the handover Lisa went out of her way to help us she answered an abundance of questions and was always cheerful and helpful. Part exchange wasn’t a problem and we were happy with what we were offered Minor bits that needed doing and mot prior to handover were done super quick shaving a week off the original timescale The whole process was easy, stress free Everyone at Dereham motor company was polite and friendly , wouldn’t hesitate to use again and to recommend to family and friends .
