Waylands Bristol were fantastic because they had good Customer service despite my disappointment at not be able to collect my car at the arranged time despite 2 phone calls on the day of collection I was advised only the sales person could help me, this was only to know if my bank transfer had gone through as well as to know if the car was ready, I left my number twice, by 14.00 hours on collection I had given up any hope of collecting the car and didn't continue to contact them. At 16.30 I received a call from the salesman asking where I was, I explained the 2 recent calls to Waylands, he had contacted me and left a message, the operator had taken my telephone number down wrong. Also I wasn't made aware that there was only one key until I collected the car, they have advised a new one has been ordered. Very disappointed with that part of the purchase
