BMW X3 2017 - 2.0 xDrive 20d M Sport Auto 4WD 5dr

Purchased a 2013 BMW X3 a few days ago. From the initial phone conversation regarding my interest in it, the staff were helpful and courteous. We drove 75 miles the next day to view it. We met one of the staff as we pulled in, who greeted us with a correct assumption that it was us arriving to look at the X3. We were left alone to look around the car, so under no pressure, which was welcome. I was offered a test drive and my wife and young son were offered drinks whilst I went. Needless to say the car was exactly as described and I loved it straight away. We went inside to complete the sale and talk about a warranty deal. This was well explained, and took their advice on which package to purchase. The car performed beautifully on the way home and it's just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend them, and would probably be the first place I look for my next car. Mike, Norwich.

I bought a car from these guys in June and have to say they are a great bunch to do business with. What strikes me is how relaxed everything is; no stress and no pressure when I visited to look at their range. James and Saf made the buying process easy and the showroom is a clean, bright and welcoming environment. After sales service is what I’m really impressed with. An issue developed with the car when I picked it up. As I live quite a way from Peterborough, Saf suggested I get our local engineer to repair this and he would pay the invoice. It turned out to be more costly than first thought but true to his word, he has settled the invoice without any delay. I would definitely recommend this company and will no doubt buy from them in future

Bought a car from these guys for my wife’s 60th , lovely car but high mileage so I knew there was an element of risk involved, it did manage the 170 mile trip home but then there was problems, rather than putting a bad review and spitting poison, what is the point in that ! Apart from some inconvenience my wife and I could have done without! These guys have been fantastic, very professional and understanding, and things have been resolved without any grief , ok I spent some money making the journey back but in the grand scheme of things they still did the ‘right’ thing ethically and there was no obligation for them to do that ! So thankyou.
