I'd definitely recommend Vertu Land Rover Guiseley because the overall experience was professional and efficient until I needed some items that were missing from the car, I’ve had the car a month now and am still waiting for any information updates. The salesperson doesn’t seem to understand my frustration and lacks a sense of urgency
I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Guiseley because ive had an appoling experience, the vehicle was delivered to me with only 4 months MOT on it with a noisy front suspension straight out of the dealership! The rear plastic parcel shelf holder was broken as well as front left plastic rose gold trim, nail in near side rear tier and a worn rear wiper blade. I contacted the sales women to whitch in the end they agreed to take the car back to Leeds (adding 400 miles on the car) I made sure that my car was full of fuel leaving the house and I was promised a full tank of fuel and ‘goodies’ when it was returned to me to whitch it came back with a quarter of a tank and no sign of the ‘goodies’ also the loud front suspension noise was still there. I contacted Emma the General Manager to explain about the loud noise but then got told that there was no noise at all as far as they were concerned, then I was left with no option and to have to contact my local garage Conwy Land Rover and thankfully enough they have agreed to book the car in for me under warranty in 5 weeks time. What an experience and stressful time it has been.
