Toyota Alphard 2012 - 240 S 5-Door

I had been looking at the website for a number of years as I knew I'd need a larger vehicle at some point due to the growth of my family. The particular vehicles (Japanese imports) seemed to be right size, specs and options that fitted my needs and expectations. When the time came I took a good look at the website and selected the vehicle that best fit my needs. I did have some questions so I made contact with Ben at County Cars and he was more than helpful answering these very quickly. We spoke a couple of times which was a great experience as it is with small business friendly and personal. We agreed, paid the deposit and completed the transaction rather smoothly. The vehicle was delivered in a great clean condition and the driver showed me the car explaining what was what and how to operate gadgets etc. There were a couple of things overlooked by County Cars, just minor things but these were sorted soon. The whole of my family, I mean everyone (even the neighbours and visitors), Sincerely Loved the New Vehicle. They loved the seats the most which recline, move back and forth, turn sideways, turn around etc and the auto closing/opening back sliding doors. All the gadgets and accessories are working wonderfully. Drives great and smoothly, just like new. Soon after delivery of the vehicle I received the V5C owners document from the DVLA and the Service record book and MOT certificate from County Cars. All the documents were now complete. I would say that if I needed another vehicle or if someone asked me for advice I would ask them to go to County Cars for that personal and smooth experience and if anything isn't properly done in the first instance you can be assured it will be sorted out soon. 5 stars is just not enough to describe County Cars and those who work there. They are all superb. Accomodating, friendly, knowledgable and all round nice people. All of the vehicles are immaculate inside and out and if I had enough money I would have bought them all ! There is no salesmanship going on whatsoever as the vehicles speak for themselves, any questions or queries you might have are answered thouroughly and expertly. Both my wife and I are over the moon with the Vellfire we bought and would not hesitate to buy from County Cars again......so much so that we have recommended our daughter to pay them a visit for something more suitable for her expanding family as she has also been bitten by the Vellfire bug. A very big thank you to Alan, Ben and Roy for all you did it was a pleasure to do buisness with you.

After doing a bit of research on 8 seater vehicles we decided an import would be the way forward and despite visiting multiple companies and not many knowing about the cars they were selling we became very unhopeful until we came across county cars we called them up as we didn’t live locally and they practically sold us the car over the phone so we gambled a trip to view and it was a gamble worth taking. They were very helpful with answering our questions and there wasn’t a single thing they couldn’t answer and was very open and honest. Very friendly and informative gents working within the company making you feel so welcome and comfortable making our experience with them an unforgettable one. We paid deposit on the first viewing and a week later picked it up after they changed our Speedo completed a service and added an android/apple play system as a complimentary for paying the car outright. 100% reccomend these gents for anyone looking at imports their service went above and beyond.
