Waylands Kia Bicester were great because moment we entered the show room we were well looked after .Simon and Chloe were so professional in the way they handled our enquiries . As a result of a very good deal I had on a beautiful car we signed up .. We picked the car up the following Saturday, the car was immaculate, the handover and the explanation of the controls was great . Nice touch after a few days later to receive a call from Chloe to ask if we were happy with everything . Overall experience was 10out of 10 .
I was disappointed by the service I received after sales. I discussed my concerns with the Sales manager eventually and would add that he was very helpful and helped to rectify this somewhat. In terms of the sale itself and the test drive that was great, but I found that once past the point of sale Nick forgot what had been discussed. First of all he said the first year of tax would be covered and it was not. The car was not ready when I went in to collect and I was at the dealership for 2 hours until Jordan came and offered me to drive home in a courtesy car (this was very helpful and it was dissapppointing that Nick showed no sense of urgency given that I made it very clear on pick up day that I needed to arrive and leave by a certain time to get to work.) Nick also made me feel pressured into filling out all of the paperwork including the checklist without receiving everything- I questioned the lack of service book a number of times to which he replied it will be sorted or to trust him and sign it would be fine. He also said I needed to complete the survey before I left even after I said I would prefer to review it once I had my car / got home. By the time I left in the courtesy car I still had no service book and was feeling very disappointed so took the decision to call the sales manager. The sales manager was extremely helpful and apologetic and did show understanding/ worked to resolve the situation which was much appreciated after what had been a very stressful day.

I had a great experience at Waylands Kia Bicester because from start to finish we were met by professionalism. The sales person Chloe was great. We didn’t set out to buy a car from Waylands Bicester but because we did is a testament to Chloe’s knowledge, and willingness to accommodate us through every stage of the process. We know that is her job to sell cars but we probably would have looked futher afield if it wasn’t for her. We are very happy with our new car. Highly recommend Waylands Bicester.
I'd suggest Waylands Kia Bicester to a friend because I found them very good to deal with. Chloe, who helped us with the purchase, was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive. She took time to understand our needs and offered thoughtful advice to help me and my wife find the perfect car for us. She set the standards so high that we didn't like the other test drives later that day at other dealerships. My biggest problem with most dealerships has been the condescending and patronising behaviour of car sales executives. Not here, not at Waylands Bicester, not with Chloe. She did her best to make us feel at ease and listened to us. They also offered good service packages which was very helpful. Simon supported in finalising the pricing, ensuring everything was clear and fair, especially for the part exchange. Overall top team there.
