Horrendous experience with Amanda trying to resolve a simple issue with my car. Belligerent and argumentative and offered nothing to help out. Not once did she apologise for my poor experience with Audi. Everytime I tried to answer her question, she would just interrupt and divert to another point. 1. First she claimed I have no service history with Audi even though I have a FASH and the car is an approved used car from Audi. 2. Claimed they cnt help with any goodwill or warranty issues as my car was not serviced by them. 3. Tried to dismiss that they are part of Audi booking system. I sent my details via the online portal and she claims they have nothing to do with it and she doesn't know where this email goes to. 4. When I expressed concerns about my personal details being submitted online, she claimed its Audis problem and nothing to do with them. They do not receive bookings online and it's better to visit the centre. 4. When I tried to explain I've been trying to get my vehicle looked at for nearly a month, she offered no apology or sympathy and instead, said its tough because there will be no good will or help ad my car is out of warranty very recently. 5. Also claimed my car will not receive any good will because the car hasn't been serviced by them or Audi which is incorrect. I didn't even ask for any goodwill, I just asked for my car to be seen. 15 minute conversation and not once received any sympathy or apology for poor experience. She didn't even bother to say goodbye. Instead, tried to give me a number for bookings and then told me they will just say the same thing I told u any soni don't know what the point is. The sheer audacity. Avoid at all costs. They just want to know if they can make some money from you. End of.

Absolutely amazing experience with Simon! Simon was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was so patient and kind, even though I called him multiple times with questions — he never once made me feel like a bother. Instead, he remained incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely nice throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to assist us, and thanks to him, we’re now driving away with our beautiful Audi Q2 Black Edition. I purchased an ‘Approved Used’ Audi from Stratstone in December 2024, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. At the time of collection, the handover was conducted by someone different from the original salesperson I dealt with—only to later find out that the original contact had “left the business.” During the handover, I noticed a chip in the windscreen. Despite the vehicle supposedly going through a rigorous inspection, they claimed to be unaware of the damage. There were further issues with the finance agreement, which didn’t start until March the following year. When I contacted them to ask why no direct debits had been set up, I was told they had no record of my finance agreement number. I also never received a V5 or a welcome pack and had to contact the DVLA directly to request a new logbook—at my own cost of \xa325. The car was sold with a “2+2” service plan (2 MOTs and 2 services). When I asked for a breakdown of this plan, I was told to contact VW Financial Services. They, in turn, had no record of any such plan under my name. Only after repeatedly chasing the retailer did I finally receive the documentation I should have been provided from the outset. The sales process was prompt and polished—until I committed to the purchase. After that, I was passed from person to person and largely ignored. This is exactly the kind of behaviour that gives car salespeople their poor reputation. Overall, this was the worst car buying experience I’ve had. I will never purchase a vehicle through Stratstone again. There are plenty of other reputable retailers out there—avoid this one at all costs. The dealership is plagued by a toxic “bro” culture, disorganised and inattentive sales staff, and a Head of Sales who still hasn’t returned my call!
