I’ve been so pleased with the customer service I’ve received from Marcus at Vertu Renault York. Purchasing a new car can be daunting, particularly when doing so at distance, but Marcus made the process extremely smooth. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get a video tour of the car over to us, how knowledgeable he was when answering our questions, and how responsive he has been at all times. Despite the 180 or so miles between us and the dealership, we felt confident to spend a considerable amount of money on a car we’d never physically seen, and that is in large part down to Marcus.

Despite issues with the used car that took a while to fix, the sales person, Jack and his manager were extremely helpful despite the busy "new registration" period. The issues were fixed and I am now happy with the vehicle.
