The experience at EMG Huntingdon was good because everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly, very helpful in every aspect of the sale, answered every question I had and made sure that I didn't feel pressured into buying the car. When they offered to show me the car by video appointment, it was done in a timely manner and explained in great detail, after the sale they contacted me to see if I was enjoying the car and made me felt welcomed in contacting them back if any problems arise.

I had a great experience at EMG in sales department but not in service department. I had an engine fault light after 6 days of owning the car. I returned it 3 days ago I am now without a car! I would to wait 3 weeks for a courtesy car. I have no feedback on what the problem is I am now considering asking for a refund.

I'd definitely recommend EMG Huntingdon because they were very helpful and professional but the car was supposed to valeted and apart on rear seat was missing tolled them about it they didn’t offer too purchase part had to order it my self had to tea cut and polish the hole car had black and yellow markers all over paint work
