❌ Avoid this car dealership at all costs. I purchased a car that turned out to have serious hidden faults, which were not disclosed at the time of sale. As soon as the deal was done and the issues came to light, all communication stopped — emails ignored, phone calls unanswered, and zero accountability from their side. This business clearly refuses to take any responsibility for the vehicles they sell, even though they are legally obliged to. The car was not roadworthy, and any attempt to reach an agreement was completely ignored. 🛑 Unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful to customers. Where do I start… purchased a BMW from this place and regretfully didn’t check the reviews before buying, the car looked great at first but looks are very deceiving in their case. They even threw in 8 months warranty that I later found to be worth jack s***. Not even 2 months go by and surprise surprise the timing chain starts rattling which I was assured would be covered by the warranty and yet it got thrown back in my face as you would expect, tried to get in contact with them numerous times only to find out that they BLOCKED my number which is simply a disgrace. Don’t answer any texts or any form of communication. Now I’m fighting with my finance company to try and get something out of them which will probably take countless weeks, with a dead car and still paying for it I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone so please make sure you READ all these horrible reviews because they are TRUE and from honest hard working people. The more you look the worse it gets with AUTO CITY TRADER. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DONT BE DECEIVED BY A CAR, you will end up with a dead car and a massive hole in your pocket in my case \xa31400.
