Although Abid Hussein was a delight to deal with the few issues I found with the vehicle that were going to be addressed as best they could I feel were not done to a satisfactory standard. I found small dent on bonnet and door which were repaired to a fairly good standard. Wing mirror had been scuffed / fixed to a good standard. Front number scratched and fixed to a good standard. Dent in bonnet fixed to a satisfactory standard. Scratches in bonnet which they said were addressed I feel were not addressed and am very disappointed as the other repairs were good. A few e mails with Abid regarding this and I have since been told that the bonnet really needed respraying which at no time was I told. The scratches that I picked up on the bonnet were still there on delivery of the vehicle 4 days later. I have since just hand polished the bonnet a little and it is much better which I feel could have been done by Perrys workshop. I paid a lot of money for delivery after my viewing and I was really expecting a bit more. I hope due to fact I live a good few hours away I was not just fobbed off as they knew I would not drive the vehicle back to yourselves. It is such a shame as my experience from the beginning was very good just ended badly. Many thanks for the chance to let my displeasure be known. E nails between myself and Abid didn’t really go anywhere as he was told that the bonnet was done which I explained in phone calls and e mails that I felt it was not done. I even picked this up with Colin the very nice delivery driver. He got hold of Abid straight away as he really needed to get away and catch a train for his 4 to 5 hr run home. I would not recommend Perrys Milton Keynes Citroen because I was told it was serviced before I got it but nothing in services book and in 200 miles the adblue light come on and when I looked and test drive it on the Saturday the miles was 1100 when i picked it up on the next Friday it was nearly 3000 miles so I’m not happy I have complaint about it but was told by the manager that we don’t see eye to eye on this and have heard any more from them there is nothing in the servers book all so was told it was over £3000 under market value but I have been to my Citroen garage and there have said that I paid nearly £3000 over the market value so your sales man just coned me and it’s my fault to have trusted him I can complain as it goes stright to the Milton Keynes garage so this is why I’m not happy and will be putting in. Social media what I think of perrys as I haven’t got anywhere with this also my garage said that the car hasn’t been serviced from new
My experience at Perrys Milton Keynes Citroen was cracking because the excellent attitude towards us when we first visited by Cameron who most helpful. When came back the following week Nick again was very helpful and explained things to us so we could understand everything. Please note that both Nick and Camaron are a credit to your company.
