Apply nowI was speaking about Wynford Williams today to some people and they told me I should write a review so that other people can be warned of my experience. So here goes.. I purchased a car from Wynford Williams at the beginning of last year. In the advertisement (which was posted on Facebook and their website) the car was listed to have heated seats. I was eager to purchase the car, so imagine my disappointment when I got home and discovered that the car didn’t actually have any heated seats, therefore meaning that the advertisement posted in various places was false. I took to WhatsApp to communicate with Tom (the sales man) about this problem, however he became very aggressive and unprofessional. He blamed the mistake on the fact that they input the car details into a database and then just copy and paste the results onto their website, but surely being the sales man he should’ve checked these details were correct before publishing them. Furthermore when I purchased the car I believed (and so did the two other people that were in the room when the deal was made) that an extended warranty was included in the price. However I later found out this wasn’t the deal. This was blamed on ‘wires being crossed’ and in the end Tom decided to cancel the extended warranty without my permission. I ended up speaking to Wynford, believing that with it being his business, he would want to resolve the shambles that Tom had created. He in fact took Tom’s side, and said there wasn’t much he could do. He even tried to blame the valleter for not spotting that the car didn’t have heated seats, but surely the valetters job is just to clean cars, and this issue falls down to the car salesman for falsely advertising? I even got in touch with the motor Ombudsman about the dispute I was facing with this car dealership, however they were unable to step in because Wynford Williams isn’t a credited business with them. So if you have a dispute with the garage like myself, and you can’t resolve it with them then you’re pretty much on your own. This is definitely something to be aware of! I was so disappointed with the customer service I received from this car garage. They made me feel so small and worthless, even though I spent a lot of my hard earned money with them. I wish I had taken my customs elsewhere. If you’ve taken the time to read this review please take my experience into account when purchasing a car from these people. Make sure the advertisement correctly matches the car, because they won’t do anything to help you after they have your money! Oh and Tom/ Wynford if you’re reading this, just know you were given fair warning and a small refund in gesture of good will FOR YOUR OWN MISTAKE could have avoided this bad review.

I just want to say a big thank you to you all at Wynford Williams car sales for such a 5⭐️ service that you provided us! My daughter needed a new vehicle and from the first telephone conversation I had with Wynford I knew we were in safe hands . We have found the perfect vehicle and all throughout the sale Tom & Wynford have been amazing , going through everything with my daughter, making sure she knows everything she needs to need to know about the vehicle. The car was spotless when we arrived to collect the vehicle and all paperwork was ready . Thank you we will definitely use your service again.

I cannot praise the team at Wynford Williams highly enough. We take our cars here for servicing and repair and have always received the best service with excellent communication throughout. The Skoda we bought here in 2019 has just reached the end of its road - this was the only garage that was able to track down the problem with it. In the space of a day we had received the news of the car's demise, had test driven another (not right for us) and Wynford had found and bought us a newer Skoda that, a few days later we drove away in! The whole team have, as always, gone above and beyond to understand our needs and to help us out so that we are back on the road again. When there is any type of problem we know they will sort it without any fuss. We trust them completely and it is not often you can say that about the used car trade. I recommend Wynford Williams to all my friends in the area and have even bought our daughter a car from them. Thanks to all the team!

I travelled 220 miles on a train from Hampshire to Wynford Williams for a VW R line Touran. I viewed it and drove it away the same day. We bought it September last year and it's proved a really reliable and well looked after car. They were great from the onset, I had lots of questions and all were answered promptly. I was picked up from the train station, nothing was to much bother. I would recommend them.

Recently purchased a Jaguar E-Pace from Wynford Williams Car Sales. Stopped off by chance after a day out in Aberystwyth to look at types of cars we would like to purchase. Instantly fell in love with the Jaguar. Tom was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, arranged a test drive day as the vehicle hadn't yet been prepped which wasn't an issue for us. Very approachable and ongoing communication was great throughout the week leading up to pick up day. A fair part ex price offered for our previous vehicle and a seamless collection and hand over. We had an issue of one of the keys with the vehicle not working and contacted Wynford Williams Car Sales who got the car booked in and fixed at Wolverhampton Jaguar with a driver collecting the car and dropping off a courtesy vehicle. Excellent customer service throughout the process and a massive thank you from us. We absolutely love the car!

Amazing customer service!! Tom and the team couldn't do enough for me when not only buying my car but making every little thing easy! I would buy cars from them time and time again! My first proper nice car since passing my test 5 years ago! They we’re happy to help with any changes i wanted to make to the car before i bought it and assured they are happy to help with anything in future. They even put a lovely bow on it for me to pick up! Even when i no longer live in aber, id always think about coming back here
