Ant and the team were so helpful from beginning to end. The car inside and outside were in perfect condition so scratched dents etc, I brought the car from a video call as I live down south. The driver informed me on arrival that around 50 miles from my house he thought there was something wrong with the gear box and asked me to call Ant. Ant booked in to my local Mercedes garage as there was a recall and paid for diagnostics, unfortunately the car had a gearbox sensor issue and was undrivable so unfortunately couldn’t be taken to a cheaper garage to be fixed. So Ant paid for it to be fixed costing around 4k and it over ran paid for a courtesy car for two days and also to get tyres and breaks checked by another garage of my choice as Mercedes said they needed fixed, which they didn’t my local garage said great car all in order order. Although there was a fault I will definitely be buying my next car here due to the service and professional especially buying a car in seen 300 miles away thank you team, I will be back.

Top class service from start to finish. Dealing with them was absolutely fantastic. Viewed a car on the Tuesday, drove away with a brand new service, MOT on the Thursday. When I ran into a couple of issues with the finance company, they were quick on the case to speak to them and sort the problem. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with the car, but if it does I’m sure they will be happy to assist me.
