I originally took my Mitsubishi L200 to a local garage, but unfortunately, they couldn’t resolve the issue and even suspected the vehicle might be a write-off. Thankfully, they recommended Trade and Save due to their Mitsubishi specialist team — and I’m so glad they did! The service was absolutely amazing. Tony and the team had my car in the same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed and back to me by the end of the day. Not only did they sort the issue efficiently, but they also explained what caused it and gave me solid advice on how to avoid it in the future — or what to do if it ever happens again. Honestly, they’re worth their weight in gold. Five-star service all the way. Thank you!

Recently had my car serviced and a replacement part fitted. A problem arose after the replacement and contacted the garage. The problem may have been missed at repair but the garage were incredibly helpful and handled the issue very well. Thank you to Tony and the team.

Well after a horrific few months with car troubles with both my cars breaking down multiple times with in days of each other. Tony and his team stepped up to the plate and smashed it out the park getting both fixed and keeping us updated with the parts and procedures and managing to get them in on short notice and not leaving us stuck . The guys did a fantastic job even with having one car in for a service and the other breaking on the same day nothing stopped Tony and team bending over backwards to help us out. Was a 1 star review but edited to 2 stars for the class and responsibility shown by Sam I'll keep it to the facts seems only fair I'd have given them a two or three stars but the after purchase help just drives you mad. Bought a car off them in December took it home and found the bluetooth didn't work took it back mechanic tried resetting by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery didn't even bother to sort the time or date out. Asked them to sort basically told me I'll need to buy a new radio or device to connect and they will give me a bit of money back making it feel as though there in ability to know what they are selling is my fault I gave up in the end you'll get first class service till you have purchased the vehicle after that forget about the warranty it's just there to get you to buy a car. Had nothing but issues with brakes, noise from the suspension, random stalling I just gave up but I'd be careful I'm looking for a new car after what 6 months car cost me just shy of \xa35,000 honestly either do you research or take someone who really knows cars and scrutinize the car because after you will get no help at all It's honestly made buying a new car hard as I don't trust any garages now so expect smiles till you leave then you'll get nothing but moody arrogant staff I don't like to speak bad of a business but this has genuinely upset me Thank you for replying I spoke with Sam the salesman today who is a top lad unfortunately for me I don't think there will be any ability to rebuild trust unfortunately. I'm just left out of pocket and looking for a new car. But Sam spoke with me I told him about my issues the lack of car I felt was taken on the inspection and mot with the mounting list of problems in a few months also the lack of car when working on my car with an issue that was caused not by me but by saying the car came with a feature it did not. All in all I hope it was just a blip not everything can work out correctly but I feel there were quiet a few failings or missed things hopefully Sam will report these back and you can look to improve I wish everyone that buys a car there better luck than me And again Sam is a cracking salesman who seemed to really care about me more than the review All the best
