Really pleased with the team at M Cars Surrey! These guys were helpful from the first call I made to them. When I arrived to look at the car I had found online, I was warmly greeted by Faisal. Faisal was invaluable throughout the whole process. His brother was also very kind and helpful. The day I viewed the car, it looked just as it had been photographed online. The MPV was in great shape. No fancy photoshopped photos to cover up bad body work and faded paint. This car was the real deal. I went back two days later to take delivery of the vehicle, and the guys came to get me from the train station. It was clear the van had been detailed again for delivery. The paperwork process was smooth and seamless. I would definitely recommend them, and if I need another car in future, I will look to them first.

From the first point of contact I found Faisal very friendly and accommodating. We came to view a couple of cars and he was very knowledgeable, polite but above all else there was no an ounce of pressure from him. He was happy for us to take out the cars on test by ourselves and even thanked me for parking one back up! On our preferred car we heard a possible exhaust rattle on road test and he was kind enough to get it up in the air to check whilst went off to get a drink from the heat. We came back and he assured us everything was fine and even showed us a video of underneath the car. It's only been a day but already we absolutely love the car and really happy with the service. We highly recommend these guys for your next car.
