My experience at Vertu SEAT Darlington could have been better because there was lack of attention to detail with both the vehicle and the paperwork. However, most of these issues were resolved quickly by the friendly sales staff plus the intervention of the used car sales manager, except for one issue which remains outstanding two weeks later.
Vertu SEAT Darlington were great because, I bought this online from an Autotrader ad, Virtue Darlington is 275 miles from me, so no test drive, everyone I spoke to and especially Andy the salesperson were excellent, even sending me an extra video of the car, all the transactions were done by phone, text and email, ( all easily done even for this 74 year old ) and it was arranged for the car was delivered to me, and arrived at the time I was expecting it. Overall I could not be more pleased, with the service and the car. Thanks
Vertu SEAT Darlington were great because the customer service and professionalism was brilliant and the explained and helped when they could every step of the way and also checked in to see how the vehicle was after I purchased it.
