Took a lengthy drive to Crewe to see a Golf that was advertised on Autotrader. Bunch of scammers. Tried to take advantage of my partner claiming her two year old polo, that hadn't even been through a set of pads yet needed new discs at \xa3450! Classic case of seeing a young girl who doesn't know any better and trying their luck trying to rip her off. Don't deserve to be in business

Perches a Torrag from this place the car requird a New D.P .F at a cost of 4500\xa3 .ok it happens .Less then 1000 miles the Red engine lite came on . Back to the garage they said ther was 4 sensors but they didn't know which one it was.that they wude have to go to vw teck depart two weeks. They cha g a senser. In the meantime I sold the car to a another garage when delivering the light came on again. The garage rang vw crewand requested there help seen that hade been payed 350 \xa3to put the Right les then a week. They said that it would be 3 weeks for them to have the car back.to sort it.in the meantime the buyer had his Techian to have look he discovered that the sensor hade not been plugged in. This was the problem. This Mandela need to retrain its technically people. I will never use this garage again

We have recently purchased our 2nd VW ID4 EV from Swansway Crewe VW. We are very pleased with the service they have provided. Moving from an ICE to a full EV is a big financial and lifestyle decision. The sales team and technical staff at Swansway have been professional and patient and reassuring throughout the process of ordering, purchasing and servicing our vehicles. We love our new red ID4, we now have a range of 300 miles. We charge it up at home from our Solar Panels, the technology is amazing. The process of buying our first Volkswagen car was very easy and Ryan our salesman was very helpful and friendly and explained how everything worked we would definitely recommend crewe Volkswagen.

Communication at this branch is shocking. Firstly, purchased a car last year from here and was a constant back and forth issue with them putting the log book in the incorrect name. I also had issues with the electronic module in the car which had to be replaced due to it constantly calling breakdown assistance while in the middle of driving. Should have known better to not go back again but this time gave them the benefit of the doubt. Purchased another new car through Connor, in the hopes of part ex-ing my other VW, paperwork done based on that. Later in the week communicated to Ryan that we would instead be keeping the other VW and purchasing the new one alone without part ex-ing the other, was told Ryan would communicate this to further up as Connor was on holiday. Due to collect the car Monday, received a call to explain that the car will be ready Tuesday due to the change of paperwork, went to the branch on Tuesday to collect and was told I still can’t collect and it will be ready for Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. Phone call today, now we are on Friday, still not ready so who knows when it will be ready.. maybe 2026? Very quick to take deposit yet I cannot drive away with the car.. This branch in particular majorly lacks communication between its staff, even more so with customers, left in the dark, travelling back and forth from an hour away and just overall not the experience you would expect when purchasing a car. Very disappointed and will not be using this branch again.
