My daughter had a great experience with Richy previously so I went back to get advice for myself to trade in my Nissan Quashqai to a smaller car. Rhys & Richy suggested a Ford Puma after I explained what I was looking for. Once Richy showed me this car I knew it was for me. Have purchased my last 3 brand new cars from here. This time I opted for a very good deal on a 2 year old used model that I had seen online. Dominic dealt with arranging a test drive and giving me more in depth details about the cars spec etc. No hard sales pitch. Once I decided to go ahead he organised everything so car was ready to pick up 2 days later. Also got a follow up call from Dominic to ensure I was happy with my car. Very happy with how sale was handled.

Picked up my new car a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier, from start to finish. Left a message requesting a test drive Saturday evening, was called back first thing next morning and by the afternoon I had a new car!. Was looked after by Jim Grantham, no hard selling of warranties or other add on's, everything was explained simply in a friendly, relaxed manner and any questions I had were answered clearly and easy to understand. Thanks Jim. Had a slight issue a couple of days after picking the car up and again the servivce department were excellent and issue was fixed the same day, thanks Kelly. Overall, delighted with the car and the service provided, would be happy to come back again and to recommend.
