I bought a great car but quickly discovered that the shock absorbers were leaking. When I spoke to the manager he said he'd call the garage that had inspected the car. He didn't. I emailed the garage explaining my concerns several times and got no response. Sadly, I'm now having to resort to legal means to get the leaking shock abosrbers repaired. Drive Motor claim to carry out a 120 point check on used vehicles, either they didn't do this or sold the car anyway. Not a great. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them to do what they say and sadly can't recommend at all. I'm not sure why they've changed their legal name or why they don't allow reviews on Autotrader.

Long story which I will try to keep short, saw a car online which I went to view and asked for a test drive - was refused because I wanted to deal via the Hartlepool branch due to personal connections. They then had to call the branch manager to see if this was "allowed", and apparently the only way this was allowed is if they sent a sales person from Hartlepool to Stockton. At this point I left. Move along a week, I bought said car through Hartlepool without test driving it however when I test drove the car it came with two keys but I've only received one and judging by the attitude of the manager and the staff in Stockton from the start, I would suggest that they/he are keeping hold of it as some kind of ransom. Unprofessional and childish.
