Vertu Toyota Loughborough were great because it combined an efficient and effective service with a personable and individualised approach. I wasn’t comfortable about getting a new car as I don’t feel well equipped to make a decision about a car. I did know how much I could afford. I took a photo in of a likely choice and Sophie showed me some of those available. She took me out on a test drive. I was anxious as I’d not driven an automatic or had a hybrid before. Once I’d decided, both Sophie and John sorted the rest of the process, service plan, pcp, insurance and the rest. Sophie famiiarised me with the car and told me to practice on the forecourt ‘til I felt confident enough to drive home. I experienced respectful understanding of my worries and lack of confidence. A follow up ‘phone call 4 days later specifically mentioned my concerns and I was able to ask follow up questions. I’m hugely grateful for the attention to detail and the very positive experience I had.
