Purchased and part exchanged a car from 180 miles away. Brett Peggs the sales guy was fantastic and was super helpful with all the questions I had! The after sales guy (sorry didn’t catch his name) that followed everything up after was also lovely- checked I liked the car, asked if there was anything he could help with etc. Super easy !!

I'd suggest Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield to a friend because I was happy with my purchase. However back seat damaged and was told it would be repairs closer to where I lived. Got a call asking that I go back to the store. This wasn’t possible at the time because I had just given birth. Promised another appointment/call closer to the time, never received anything further.

I had a brilliant experience with the dealership, and in particular, Rebecca Drury. She provided details and videos on the car, promptly whenever needed. I travelled up from Birmingham on the Saturday and due to logistics, she even drove the car down to me following the purchase. Superb service, great dealership and sales exec.
