Can I just say how pleased I was to Firstly Find a beautiful Jaguar XF 3:0 S, and secondly how impressed I was with the service From Chris (obviously senior Sales Manager) and all the staff that makes the Team at DSI Performance Cars. Thank you for rectifying certain points of the car that I wanted to be done, ie paint Scratch on rear bumper and change Two Tyres 🛞 on the Rear just a little under the 3mm Compliance. Was serviced and cleaned on my collection with only a 6 days to complete, also Cambelt change by the Jag Doctor Round the corner on short notice. So Yes if your asking Absolutely 1st Class service and Service and Service and Service and Service Service experience 💙 There very busy at weekends so have a complimentary coffee and chill.

Brilliant! I have been extremely pleased with my experience from Dsi Autos from start to finish they have been fantastic. I dealt with Chris to begin with who sent me a detailed video of the car I was interested in and offered to collect me from the trainstation near by to view the car. I then went to look at the car and was handed the keys to have a good look around with no presseure whatsoever, I was offered a test drive and decided it was for me. There was a complication with the keys for the car when it had its pre sale checks and they got someone in to look at it which delayed my collection date, but I was happy that they were getting it right before purchase and they even offered to deliver the car for my inconvenience. A week later after delivery unfortunately there was a problem with the keys again, so I called up the after care team and was greeted by Shaan who couldn’t have been more helpful. He sent a specialist out to diagnose the problem and then ordered the part straight away and arranged to have the car collected and repaired within less than a week and even offered me a courtesy car. The problem was fixed and my car returned to me within two days. I cannot reccomend this company enough they have been exellent from start to finish. Many thanks Chris

The customer service was good until i had actually purchased the vehicle, which then turned bad, as i was getting no response from the company after emailing them about a very poor repair they had carried out in regards to a very visible and deep scratch on the vehicle. They had filled the scratch with a paint which was completely the wrong colour and not metallic like the original paint. This issue was supposed to be fixed before collection and was not very visible under poor lighting when and where the car was when i collected it. Since emailing them with pictures of the ‘repair’ they will not answer the phone or emails i have sent, nor to the finance company themselves. There was also a missing part off the brake caliper which is something you have to buy a entire new caliper for as its not a part Mercedes sell, (i should have noticed this before which is partly my fault even though the car had been “fully inspected” before being advertised) with this being a C63s you can imagine how expensive those parts are. I would highly advise you take a very thorough inspection and be 100% happy with the vehicle before purchasing anything from this company.
