Service was ok but surprised to see me even though I booked a service week ahead with a time slot. For nearly \xa3300, at least you could have washed the car after servicing like other Toyota dealers, instead got greasy fingerprints all over car. Job done but nasty taste left in mouth - won’t be coming back

Run, run for the hills! I bought a one owner, low km car from these guys. I took it for new tyres and the tyre fitters told me all four wheels were buckled. The on a trip after 3 weeks of ownership the car went into limp mode 2 hours from home. Also the central locking would fail intermittently which meant I had to spent money on getting two new keys made, and the rear parking sensors never worked. The garage agreed to fix this and I booked it back in for the work to be done. A day later they called to tell me they could fix the parking sensors because the central locking didn’t work and that the problem was because I had bought new keys. This was ridiculous, but anyway I left it with them hoping they would get it done. The next day I got a text saying they needed they’re hire car back because they had hired it to someone else and they weren’t going to do try to fix the parking sensors or central locking as agreed. They then texted to say a driver would be dropping the car off in an hour or so. When the driver arrived the new key was broken. I raised this with the driver who didn’t care and I immediately took photos and sent them to CSG who lied by telling me that was how the key was when I gave it to them. In short, if you want to buy a used car with serious faults and then waste your time whilst they feed you a pack of lies then go ahead and buy a car from this outfit.

Fantastic experience with CSG motor company, my MOT had expired and they managed to book me in for the next day! Unfortunately I failed the MOT however after getting my tyres replaced they booked me in for a retest almost immediately. I was in and out and retested within 1 hour and 40 mins and everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgable. Cannot recommend CSG enough!

Brilliant Toyota garage. It was the earliest Toyota garage that had availability for a full service compared with others where the wait was around 3 weeks. Rebooted for a battery test after the service and they gave me a free courtesy car and after the battery test came faulty they replaced and only charged me for the battery without added labour cost. They serviced better and got fluid levels better than bigger garages.

AVOID - CSG are the very definition of 'Used Car Salesmen' I brought a Peugeot 208 from Jonty at CSG in August with a fresh MOT (only advisory was some pitting and scoring on the breaks). Within weeks the car had various computer faults and irregular noises. After taking it in the CSG's garage (meaning I had to take time off work) it was noted that the Top Mount's had eroded. I was also told I would have to take the car to a Peugeot dealership to get the computer fixed. After advising Jonty that the car was under warranty and that I had owned it a little under a month I was suddenly told that CSG could replace the Top Mounts & not to worry about the computer. Then the car began makings 'Squeaking' noises. This is because CSG had replaced the Top Mounts with ill fitting ones and was causing friction between the rubber. When I took this back to CSG they noted they couldn't hear the noise. After I filmed it and showed them they suddenly said it was a 'normal' noise and not to worry about it.....? A couple of months later I had noticed that the exhaust had dropped, again I took this to CSG who had said the hanger brackets had broken due to "rust and corrosion" - When I discussed this with Jonty that I am still under warranty and that the damage could not happen after I had owned the car for 3/4 months I was told that it was due to "wear and tear" and that I had to pay the bill. When I raised my frustration with the car and that I had asked to exchange it multiple times during this process & that CSG were in breach of that Consumer Rights Act of 2015 I was told by Jonty "This car has not constantly failed, you had had a noise from the suspension which they have fix for you, if you wish to raise a case with them, that’s down to you" To buy a car and to have so many issues happen in such a short period of time, to then have someone try and gaslight you has been truly outstanding. As a side note CSG are not signed up to the The Motor Ombudsman - which is s sure sign that this kind of event has happened many times before.

Purchased an SL350 only to find when selling a year later the car was a Cat N - paid a premium to purchase from CSG Garage. Company claim they didn’t know and haven’t resolved the issue. Now having to take legal action. Avoid this unscrupulous company.
