This Man is a crook. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. Upon winning some wheels and tyres on eBAY with the highest bid, I promptly paid Jackie and requested his details for collection. He then refused to release the wheels and demanded I paid more for them. I informed him that there was no reserve and that under auction policy I was the highest bidder at the end of the auction. He was extremely rude in his responses and continued to refuse to release details for collection. I then requested a full refund as the money had left my account and he ignored my request. I then requested a refund again and received no response. It wasn't until I requested PayPal to get involved that I was awarded by refund from the PayPal money back guarantee. Reading previous reviews this doesn't appear to be the first time he has con'd a customer. AVOID!

Today bought an immaculate golf from Farrell Motor Company. Jackie gave fantastic service with excellent advice of how to use all the gadgets and even sorted finance for me. A superb deal I couldn’t get anywhere else. I usually go to a big dealer but you just don’t the service. The personal touch coupled with the quality car makes all the difference! Jackie was knowledgable, very accommodating and can highly recommend his business. The car had a full service history and had be professional cleaned. I will certainly be going back to get my next car from Jackie at Farrell Motor Company!

We bought our X-Trail from Jackie and it has been the best car purchase we have made in a long time! He made the process so easy, with a kind, patient, professional service from start to finish. We took over 3 weeks to make our final decision - during the busy Xmas period. Not once was there pressure from him, only answers to questions. He made the whole process easy and gave us such confidence in him. At one stage there was a slight wobble when test driving. Jackie had it back in the garage within the hour. Turned out the tyre pressure was slightly off - easily fixed. We also took the car to an I ndependent garage, after purchasing, for a thorough check over. He confirmed every receipt was geniune. Also confirmed everything had been done as stated by Jackie. I cannot recommend Farrell Motor Company enough. Jackie truly cares about getting it right for the customer. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family and will come to see you again in the future!

Bought my car from Farrell motor company last year wanted to give it a year before I left review make sure car was ok. What a delight car has been absolutely no problems. As for dealer himself very nice experience, we had bought a bag of bolts from a bunch of cowboys who were not very pleasent after car developed many faults causing the finance company to demand a refund my trust in motor dealers was shot, but after dealing with Jackie he done his profession proud friendly, not pushy came out over christmas/new year to let us look at car and had it ready as quick as possible as we had no car. Overall top marks thanks

Jackie farrell owner of FARRELL MOTOR COMPANY sold my wife a Citroen C3 for \xa32,500. The car on driving it home seamed like a noisy wheel bearing. On arrival at my home I had my garage inspect the matter. To be sure I got the RAC out to check the car over to be told that the both top strut MOUNT bushes need replaced as they were seized. The passenger side wheel bearing needed replaced and there was a faulty STEERING RACK problem. After inspection the RAC said it would need to be recovered by the RAC back to Mr Jackie Farrell with the RAC report as the car would be dangerous to drive. I had trading standards and vosa involved as Mr Farrell denied any faults with the car and was told under the sales of goods act 2015 Mr Farrell needs to fully refund my money as the car was faulty and not fit for purpose but Mr Farrell refused the refund as he knew it would be a long procces to get the case to court. I am disabled and was told to remove the road tax from the car as Mr Farrell now had the car back. Mr Farrell then was not interested in the faults found. I was taken court action against Mr Farrell WHEN he decided to fix the wheel bearing and both TOP STRUT MOUNT bearings after saying there was nothing wrong with the car. In the end we collected the car and it is now costing us a further \xa3650 for a reconditioned STEERING RACK supplied and fitted.Mr Farrell has endangered our life our grand kids life and other road users life's as the car was not fit to be on the road. Mr Farrell comes across as a nice man till he has your money. His after sales care skills are ridiculous STAY CLEAR OF FARRELL MOTOR COMPANY. HE IS NOW BEING EXPOSED TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND NEWS PAPERS. As I have all the garage reports to prove his guilt.My car is now in the garage getting a new STEERING RACK fitted at my cost of \xa3650. I have proof of this too..STAY CLEAR OF THIS SELLER DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HE IS A CON MAN.

Have bought cars from Farrell Motor Company for many years, fantastic service and true customer services. I had my car a few weeks and realised one of my tyres was going flat i called the office and they repaired the tyre and offered me a free valet! Great company and at last a trust worthy car salesman ! Would only by a car from Farrell Motor Company 5 STARS OUT OF 5. Great range of cars and very helpful all round.

I bought a car from this dealer via Gumtree. The ad stated the car had 12 months mot. As I was buying from a dealer I just assumed this was the case. I gave the car to my son when he passed his test. After having the car for 3 months my son was stopped by police as the car had no mot. I contacted the dealer who is not interested. He said it is my responsibilty as I should have checked the car did indeed have 12 months mot. What do you think? I had to mot the car and pay for repairs as well as pay \xa3!00 fine. However, the real issue was my son being stopped by the police. He had just passed his test and he was a bit upset. Additionally I had to get the car fixed quickly as my son was due to marry but his fiance was diagnosed with a brain tumour. One of us has to be at the hospital. Did this guy care. No!!!! All he has done is try and save money and say it was my fault. Warning if your buying a car that states there is an mot check or you could end up in a worse situation that us. Our insurance would have been invalid without an mot and we could end up in real doo doo.
