What can I say Ben and his father were absolutely brilliant when it came for me to buy my 5 series made sure it passed and mot went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for me to drive away and thoroughly enjoyed my bottle of wine they gave me when I got home which was a lovely touch. A year later it’s just passed it’s MOT with flying colours!

They are not reliable they will book a cab and then never send the driver on time when you call them back. They will making excuse when we keep calling back. They don’t answer the phone. I never use this office again in my life not reliable not trustee bad service.

Excellent, knowledgable and professional service with a smile. This non-pushy, friendly, family business was a pleasure to deal with. Ben has been very accommodating, supportive and helpful at all stages of the process answering all my questions promptly. He also collected me from the train station to collect the car and that was much appreciated. Typical of my very positive experience of buying a car.

Bought a Mercedes Citan in January 2022 and i can only say it has ruined my social life, all my friends talk about what parts they changed, what service they use , the “known faults” but me…….. me nothing , i got nothing to say , odometer now stands at 220k+ going strong doing over 60-70k miles a year and all i did was oil , filters and tyres, sad ! Huge thank you , as for a van driver reliability of the van reflects in the client satisfaction.

They sold my car on a sale or return basis for me, they are super friendly, professional and helpful. I was kept up to date with the process and they were extremely transparent with their fees. Completely hassle free process, they returned me more money for my car than anywhere else wanted to buy it for and the new owner got an amazing car for a very very fair price! Terrible service I enquired about a 5 series BMW on Saturday 04/05/24 and spoke to Ben, everything was arranged for me to view the car on Tuesday 07/05/24 as this is when the showroom would next be open after the bank holiday weekend. I got my insurance in place on Tuesday morning and booked the day off work, called Ben first thing Tuesday morning and confirmed I would be coming for the car, all agreed for me to get to the showroom for 12pm midday. I made the 2 hour trip and as soon as I arrived, not even got out of the car, Bens father was standing outside and said are you here for the 5 series BMW, I said that correct, I was then told the car is sold and someone had walked in and purchased the car, no apology whatsoever, no care at all, spoke to me very rudely and said that’s how the motor trade works, they would rather sell the car to someone who just walks in instead of someone who has arranged everything with them. I was told that I had not reserved the car however I was not given the option to, I wasn’t given first refusal even though I had enquired days before. No communication, I said they could have called me and said that the car isn’t available so I then didn’t need to do the 2 hour trip. Ben then walks in and says I’m sorry but the car has been sold by my father, I was told that they get many cars in stock and they might get another one. No care whatsoever, no apology and they were not bothered at anything I was telling them, really poor service and not a way to treat customers, TERRIBLE & SHOCKING. Totally wasted my time and caused soo much inconvenience but they are not bothered. STAY AWAY AND AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.
