We recently ordered a Mini Cooper at Stratstone Motability in Bury St Edmunds on behalf of our daughter. My wife, who will be the main driver, had never driven an automatic car (and all new Minis are now automatic) and was very apprehensive. I explained this to Kitty Johnston who was the Sales Executive we were dealing with and she arranged a test drive there and then and reassured her that she would very quickly get used to the car. Kitty then patiently explained the features of the cars available and helped my wife with the final choice without any sales pressure being applied. It was a very pleasant experience and now my wife is looking forward to taking delivery in a few months time.

Fantastic service from the whole team at Stratstone Mini couldn't do more to help me during the process of buying and collecting my new mini. In particular I'd like to thank Kitty for her help and for the time she spent showing me through everything on handover. Dealt with Alfie at Mini who was extremely helpful very knowledgable in all areas of the vehicle and explained everything in great detail listened to the requirements that I wanted in the car and found me a car at a different dealership and brought it to the dealership for me to view so I had all the information and made the whole experience in purchasing a mini really easy, exceptional customer service throughout and I was very pleased with the whole experience. In looking for a new car we had a look at Mini. Our sales exec, Joe Graci, was fantastic. He is knowledgable, relaxed and very friendly. He organised a test drive of a Mini Clubman that we were interested in and gave us info on the other variants, models which may of been of interest too, i.e. the Countryman. We sat and discussed all the extras and options associated with the cars. During this conversation we never felt rushed, pushed or stressed. We took a few days to think about it but life happened and we didn't get back to Joe for a little while. He continued to check in on us and our personal situation over a number of months while being incredibly understanding and patient. Joe is a breath of fresh air in the car sales arena (buildng relationships, not pushing sales), in my opinion at least and his service was second to none. We did however go for a different make and model in the end as our situation changed and we needed something bigger and more capable offroad. Throughout, Joe remained understanding and helpful. If we were in the market for a Mini in the future, I would travel the country to ensure Joe was my guy. Joe would be an asset to any sales team

The initial enquiry via the call centre was somewhat disjointed, but upon arrival the level of customer service from Kitty our sales advisor was top drawer. Taking the time to explain the vehicle, it's attributes and the buying process thoroughly and in a completely non pressured way. I would recommend Kitty & Stratstone BSE gladly.

The beginning went well with Matt Butcher giving a huge amount of time and advice to ensure I chose the model that best suited my needs. Unfortunately, in error, the car I ordered was sold elsewhere but the sales team immediately went more than the extra mile to compensate. They quickly worked out a solution and could not have been more helpful throughout the ensuing purchasing process and beyond. I felt I was a genuinely valued customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. A huge thank you in particular to Matt, Oli and Alfie. Delicious coffee too!
