Very pleasant polite and considerate to my needs. The van was sorted within the time frame and everything they did was clean and tidy when finished. If you have the ford app it can take just shy of a week to update but that's not their fault. 100% will tecommend

Started off as a very good journey when purchasing my car until less than 6 months and around 6,000 miles later from purchasing my car, engine cut out and I immediately contacted days requesting my car to be sent there as I had not done many miles on it and i had done very little miles on it, in reflection looking back and when I contacted they honestly had no care in the world about my issue and advised me they were so busy they could not look at my car and could take up to six weeks and encouraged me to take it else where, although responded quickly enough where I can’t imagine they even looked at the diary When I did take it else where there was big confusion surrounding the issue of the matter ( not days error ) however at that point they could do do anything as the engine had been stripped! Even tho I don’t believe you should have to do this, if an error does happen on the car you purchase do not accept them saying they can’t look at the car and to take it elsewhere, wish I knew that the company’s ethos was to turn you away as the moment some other garage touches the car it’s no longer there issue ( although encouraged by the company to do so ) Richard Baker was very pleasant to deal with although i didn’t get my issue resolved I’m not going to be unfair with his manner dealing with me! I will be taking further action with the motor ombudsmen regardless of the outcome as I’m in this situation now due to the lack care of the company wanting to deal with the matter in which Richard confirmed I did call on the day but in days eyes that’s neither here nor there. Aftercare with either lack of knowledge of the staff at first point of contact or it’s just the company’s ethos to sell cars and encourage to push away if any issues come back

Exemplary service from all that we spoke to. We completed the majority of the purchase blind up in Scotland, Wayne took the time to answer every query we had and allay our concerns making his feel very comfortable, touching base right up until the last minute. We travelled on the train down and met Jeremy who carefully took us through all the details and gave us our dream car. Couldn't recommend highly enough, a trustworthy and caring operation. Thank you!

This is supposed to be a main dealer for ford Went there for service parts for my transit custom torneo Didn’t even have the parts in stock So ordered for next day pick up when went to pick up parts they didn’t have or could get a fuel filter for there own vehicle And further more gave me the wrong oil filter so had to go back to exchange and lo and behold gave me another wrong oil filter despite been give year and registration of the franchised ford vehicle I guess they gave me the right air filter so 1 out of 3 for them Won’t be going there again had refund on parts as couldn’t give me a date when parts would be available I wonder why main dealers have such a bad name
