After the battery was charged two double relay clicks could be heard on turning the key to start but the car failed to start. An auto electrician attended and recommended the replacement of the TOAD anti theft system with a NATS instead. The auto electrician removed the TOAD and the car has since been left in this condition due to unforeseen circumstances.
