The experience at Vertu Land Rover Taunton was fantastic because of the customer service and experience we received. Particularly from Gabrielle, who navigated us through the process of choosing any buying the care, Range Rover Evoque. Gabrielle kept us informed during the process, and was happy to answer any questions we had, and provided us with confidence in the process, and was not pushing a hard sell, which was appreciated. Gabrielle and the rest of the dealership staff have made us feel part of the Jaguar Land Rover family, and we will certainly be back for a second car soon. Overall, the process was very well managed, with little or no stress.
