buying my car from this company car-o-trade was an absolute pleasure. Spotted a car on their website made enquiries if the car was still available, called at the garage the same morning. I was shown around the car and taken for a test drive. Very pleased with the car I decided to purchase it. I recently purchased a BMW 1 Series from Car-O-Fair Ltd and unfortunately experienced a few mechanical issues shortly after. However, I can honestly say the way the team handled everything was outstanding and has left me extremely impressed. They arranged to have the vehicle collected, covered the cost of a full clutch and belt replacement (using high-quality LUK parts), and kept me updated throughout. What really stood out was their honesty and commitment — they even drove the car for a few hundred miles themselves to make sure everything was working perfectly before returning it to me. At no point did I feel dismissed or out of the loop. They were upfront, professional, and clearly care about their customers and the quality of the cars they sell. Highly recommended — not just for the sale, but for the aftercare and trustworthiness, which is rare to find in the used car market.
