He answered all my questions without being pushy which I really appreciated. This was my first time buying from a large dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. I'd definitely recommend CarSupermarket.com Newcastle because the process was quick and simple, I saw a car on the Friday, agreed a trade-in-price which they stuck to, organised finance and collected the car the following Friday. Car was clean and in great condition just as the pictures showed, I live 192 miles away from the garage so that was a comfort. Ben was very helpful as was the girl I spoke to originally. Only slight negative is that I prefer everything to be done online these days so communications by calls is not my favourite, my preference is for email communication that I can review and respond to when I am available. Overall, I would not hesitate in recommending them.
The experience at CarSupermarket.com Newcastle was good because it was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The sales assistant, Laura Robson, was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Spoilt for choice but obviously budget was the main consideration. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. From start to finish it took 3 days, bearing in mind the car of my choice had to be transferred from another site, for purchase and collection of car to be complete.
CarSupermarket.com Newcastle staff were good because they are very cooperative and friendly. Just one of the issue I faced from car, while I drive a car for couple of days there are some mechanical issues hearing from front left Wheel. Although I have communicated with Ronnie but unfortunately the service team have not contacted me.
