I've recently bought my 2nd trade-in car (in 9 years) from County Car Company. Graham's trade-in offers are very fair. Graham or Dominic always answer the phone and reply to emails promptly and they go out of their way to help you. The car I recently bought developed a little problem. I rang Graham and without any hesitation whatsoever, he told me to bring the car in the following morning and he'd let me have a courtesy car while he fixed it. My car was still under it's 3 months warrenty. Just 2 days later Graham rang me to inform me my car was ready for me to pick up. He certainly honours his 3 months warrenty agreement without any fuss at all. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I have complete trust in Graham and Dominic. They will always do their best for you and offer you a very fair deal.

Booked to test drive a car at 11am, no one around - then noticed there was someone sat in the office making a sale, left to wander for ages with no one available- tried again later as came back a few hours later and the same again? Only seems to be one person running this? Poor customer service. It’s a shame as I was looking forward to test driving this and potentially buying.

Went to look at a car was advertised on the Internet at\xa36495 But on the forecourt it was \xa3500 more expensive said it had part service which is fair enough But didn't say it's has no proof of a service for 50000 miles wouldn't budge on the price Even though it's advertised at a lower price Will keep looking elsewhere Not impressed by this company

Great service! Their after sales is the most efficient I have used in my 38 years driving, I have been to quite a lot of garages in my life, County Car Company will stick in my mind for great all round service. One of the best garages for second hand cars. I will be getting other cars from them in the future and would recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Fantastic dealer to buy off. Didn't push at all when we were viewing our Touran, and after a month sadly the clutch master cylinder went, and Graham could not have sorted this out for us in a more efficient way. One phone call to him to explain and he'd booked it in to his garage before bank holiday weekend. Car was ready for me on the Monday with no fee, fantastic after sales service which is all you can ask for.

Upon buying my car Graham mansplained about not leaving the lights on because it would run the battery out. Even though there's an alarm that notifies you you've left the lights on when you open the door. I came out of his office and told my partner he knew there was something wrong with the battery because that was the only thing he told me about the car. The next day the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. My partner managed to jump start it and got me to drive it long distance fast to charge it up. It was ok for a while but died again so Graham agreed to get the battery changed. Then 3 months after I bought the car, it went into limp mode. I paid \xa350 at ATS for diagnostics, which found issues with the glowplugs. I booked the car into a garage to get the repairs done, then called my finance company to tell them what was happening. They told me I had to cancel that appointment as it was down to Graham to agree to the repairs and down to Graham to repair it, because of The Consumer Rights Act that means dealerships should repair faults for up to 6 months, regardless of them telling you you've got a 3 month warranty. Graham was so rude to the finance company people that I became afraid to speak to him. He kept calling me, to the degree that I had to block him, even though the finance company KEPT telling him he didn't need to speak to me and should be dealing with them. Since then the car developed a clunk under the bonnet when turning slowing and errors with the tyre pressure sensors. As they kept going off even though the tyres were fine. Graham refused to do the repairs so I was forced to return the car after he agreed to an unwind with the finance company. And despite the fact I returned the car almost a month ago he still hasn't paid the lender back so the deal can be unwound. Leaving me without transport to get to and from work. Instead he is claiming there is nothing wrong with the car and is taking it for an independent inspection. Even though they've been told its the glow plugs and the diagnostic report is right there on the system at ATS! I've just called County Cars and spoke to who I presume is Graham's daughter. She hoitily told me there's nothing wrong with the car because she drove it today. I had to explain to her that it doesn't go into limp mode every time its driven, and the tyre sensor error message doesn't come up every day either. I then asked her why she was driving the car, using up mileage, seeing as they are now trying to back track on the unwind. She said she drove it to a garage today. Time will tell if it's independent or not. And seeing as there is a diagnostic report, with a nationwide reputable company, already detailing what is wrong with the car that can be produced in Court, this should be very interesting!!! I'm also very much looking forward to going through the financial ombudsman and it being my turn to get it looked at by independent inspectors. As I will be directing them to the known issues to check if repairs have been recently done. Because I have evidence of what was wrong with it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS THESE PEOPLE WILL DESTROY YOUR LIFE BECAUSE THEY DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE FINANCE COMPANY MAKES THE DECISIONS, AND WILL TAKE IT OUT ON YOU BY DRAGGING THEIR HEELS AND NOT PAYING BACK THE FINANCE COMPANY AND LENDER ON TIME, WHILE ALSO KEEPING THE CAR BEYOND THE LATEST DATE THEY WERE GIVEN TO PAY BACK THE MONEY!!
