Real let down Emma never responds to emails or calls. Reception says she's on holiday but is replying to emails. Shes not emailing me back. 2 weeks now and I've not had a car. No sorry the cars late. Do not recommend listers Go else where

Listers Audi Coventry has gone down hill. Audi A8 went in for an intermittent fault with the MMI....buttons would work every 5th time ish, and to track my wheels. First day in could not find a problem....and could not complete the tracking as the toe in bolts were seized..... wanted it for a 2nd day. Went in two weeks later, told them that my last A8 had the same problem, was traced down to a loose connection. They came back in the afternoon....had not ordered bolts for tracking and wanted it for another day. Two days later cannot find a problem with the MMI, quoted over \xa33500 to replace MMI screen mechanism and MMI control unit. They also did not complete the tracking on my car as they found other problems. This was after 3 days of Car Health reports. By this time I was fuming....demanded my car back and told them they would not be getting any more business from me. I took the car that day to another garage that I knew....told them the problem....they could look at it immediately.....30 minutes later and \xa340 the MMI is working correctly....and 7 days later it is still working. Through out this whole ordeal I was told "Our technicians are Audi trained and they know what they are doing"......well my opinion is the Audi training is lacking if after 3 days they could not fix my problem....but another garage could fix it in 30 minutes. If I could I would give Listers Audi minus starts

Having booked my A6 in for a timing belt and brake fluid change the car was returned uncleaned and covered in greasy hand and fingerprints. No follow up from the dealership to resolve my complaint. Now having checked the brake caliper bleed nipples, I can find no evidence that these have seen a spanner recently.

I been to them for navigation and media software update,they washed my car and scratches all round after complaining to them ,they said bring it in another day they will do the painwork for you ,next time they washed and machine Polish to my car and done more scratches, when I shown to paige, she said manager is on holiday.we will call you after talking to manager and 3 weeks gone ,didn't get any reply.

A special mention to Nicole Shirley in service. Exceptional customer service and made everything so effortless! I dropped my dad’s car in for a service. I was greeted with a smile and wasn’t kept waiting. Nicole made me aware of the process and kept me updated during the day. I came to pick the car up with my little boy. Nicole noticed me in the showroom before I even checked in at reception. She went and got my car, took it to the front and came over to me hand over the keys. Payment was already made via the link. Nicole also quickly helped me set up my Audi App and have my car registered to it. My entire experience with Audi Coventry was outstanding and all down to Nicole Shirley in service! Thank you Nicole, credit to the company.

Never again! In February I took my son's Audi A1 in for a service and to investigate an engine warning light. Was told the car needed a new turbo at a cost of around \xa31600! The car had done 13,000 miles so very low mileage. The service department said the fault had come up 3 times on the diagnostics. They could not tell me what the problem was so I asked to speak to a Manager. He explained it had faulted 3 times in the life of the car-not that day which I was led to believe. He suggested I drive the car for a while to see if the light came back on. 5 months later and it has not. Had i just approved the service report sent to me by text I would be \xa31600 out of pocket. Its only because I asked further questions that I got a sensible answer. Disgraceful way to treat customers.....
