THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN business Myself and my partber got a lovely astra , within 5 days we had erro codes on the dashbored and another 5 days eml come on . The car is currently having a eninge replacmeant done due to how dangerous and severe the issues all . We had found out that there was a misfire in cylinder, one But was not aware of the extent of the damage. The car should not have passed an mot, but according to affordable cause it was fit for road use and was in perfect condition. No advisories or nothing on the mot. We will be goung futher as my partner has lost his job due to having no transport to work and we were not given a courtsey car.

Unlike others, this dealership has been been very upfront and honest about the vehicle. They have clearly maintained these cars so that they are suitable for sale. Also great customer service from the team.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra 2012 and it has been nothing but a nightmare. It wasn’t long after purchasing it that the problems started. Since then, I’ve spent thousands of pounds trying to fix issue after issue – from electrical faults to mechanical failures. Despite all the money I’ve poured into repairs, the car is still not running properly. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I expected some wear and tear on an older car, but not a continuous stream of expensive problems. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this model, especially from this particular year. It has completely eroded my trust in the Vauxhall brand. Avoid if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Be careful! Sold me a car claiming it was Ulez compliant which turned out to be a lie when 4 penalty fares were posted through my letterbox. Claimed the car passed the MOT yet simplest things such as hazard lights weren’t working, in addition central locking system gave up 2 weeks in. I tried several times to contact them with no joy. This being my first car I was an easy target for these scammers. Don’t use them. They’re clearly using a dodgy garage to do the cars’ MOTs and they will be quick to sell and will disappear as soon as you get the key to the vehicle!

Fantastic range, friendly helpful service 🤩 Purchased a used Astra as a 2nd car. They changed the timing belt, water pump, did an oil change and replaced the back wiper on request. Cannot fault! Will definitely return for our next car. Thank you! …

Would give zero stars if i could. For starters when turning up to buy the car the guy couldn’t have been less interested, on his phone and getting annoyed when we asked questions. there were on the car that weren’t advertised. then when we got home the car started acting up so we contacted the garage to return it, week 13, god knows how many lies later and outside help, we’re finally getting it sorted. NEVER BUY FROM THIS GARAGE. DANGEROUS CARS BEING SOLD AND MANAGEMENT LIE. Awful people.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars Shut this garage down “My son purchased a car from this garage on May 16th 2024 Despite the car being overpriced and having high mileage, he and his father, who aren’t car experts, trusted the company’s reputation. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, the car broke down. The garage identified the issue as a faulty sensor. We returned it to the company, who claimed to have repaired it, but they did not. Another two weeks later, it broke down again. An independent mechanic found petrol in the coolant tank, which is extremely dangerous. The mechanic reported that a sealant had been added to prevent the car from seizing up, but it eventually did. If my son had been driving on a motorway, the car could have caught fire. When we returned the car, the company promised to replace the engine but didn’t follow through. We found the same engine in pieces on the floor. The mechanic was extremely rude and disrespectful, even making a point that if I was present, they’d charge for the car, but if I wasn’t, they wouldn’t. We didn’t want the car back, just a refund, but because they accused me of scratching their car and had me wrongfully arrested, they refused. Instead, they decided to put my son’s car into storage at \xa310 a day and charge my son, then insisted we fix the car that they accused me off scratching even though I did nothing wrong. After the false accusation and refusal to refund us, the company dragged out the process as long as possible, clinging to every penny. When we finally went to mediation, they agreed to pay only \xa31,500 and kept the car. Even then, they breached the mediation agreement and tried to delay payment further, making false claims that we had the logbook, when it was actually in the car. Ultimately, they got the amount down to \xa31,300, coming out better off while causing us immense stress for nearly a year. This company is dangerous and should be shut down immediately. THEY COULD HAVE KILLED MY SON BECAUSE OF THERE GREED I have given this review five stars so it appears at the top.”
