Buying a new car has never been one of my, or my wife's, favorite pastimes. In this particular instance we had decided on a make and model, but could not find the preferred colour, mileage and price locally. Following the usual searches on Google, we located a car that met our requirements, but it was over 100 miles away at Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle. After ringing Vertu we were contacted by Trevor Connelly. Trevor was exceptionally easy to deal with. From initially sending a bespoke video walk around of the car, answering our many questions and allaying our concerns,Trevor always gave an EXTREMELY HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE. Throughout, there was absolutely no pressure at all to buy either the car or any of the extra services that Vertu provided. Trevor was very reassuring and so we decided to buy the vehicle. Delivery of the car to our home was arranged. On arrival, the car looked to have been further valeted to a very high standard, and reassuringly had been accurately described. We have now had the vehicle for a few weeks and to date it has been faultless. Buying a car unseen was a first for us, but Trevor, and indeed everybody, that we came across at Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle were professional yet friendly, respectful, and they made the process extremely easy.
I'd endorse Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle because they were welcoming and listened to what we were looking for. We test drove the one they had but it had too many miles and we wanted a different colour so they sourced the one we bought. In fact they got it from the dealership next door who had ignored my husband and lost the sale!
